Molly is a native of Pennsylvania. She was born and raised in Pennsylvania was a professional performer when she began in Philadelphia at the Prince Music Theater at 13 years old. Her first performance was The Snow Queen. She was then nominated as one of the Barrymore Award nominee for her character of Little Red Ridinghood at the Arden Theater's production Into the Woods. The role was reprised by Molly when she performed her Broadway debut in Into the Woods at Broadway in 2002. She received a Drama League Award for this performance. Molly also appeared in Broadway to perform in the revival of Fiddler on the Roof. Molly then went to Princeton University where she was a member of the Triangle Club and graduated in 2008 with a B.A. It was during this time that she made her movie debut in Disney's College Road Trip in the role of Wendy Greenhut. at the time, Wendy Greenhut made her Disney College Road Trip debut. Molly was able to begin her professional career after having completed her Off-Broadway stage debuts, such as End Days and The Wonderful Maladys on HBO Pilot. Molly has been in several regional plays including The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee in the Barrington Stage Company, North Shore Music Theatre and the Westport Country Playhouse's performance of The Diary of Anne Frank. She was Anne. Molly is best known for her role as Ali the teenage daughter in Paranormal Activity 2, a 2010 film in which Jack Burditt wrote and directed.
